The Way We Do Business
To allow unpressured time for your appointment, and to ensure we are consistently on time, our policy is to reschedule clients who are more than 15 minutes late. In return, we take responsibility for any staff member who is more than 15 minutes late and offer you a complementary upgrade voucher to use on your next visit.
Appointment Confirmations
Our computer system allows us to confirm your next appointment via text message.
If we have your current mobile number, you will receive a text message asking you to text back and confirm your appointment for the next day.
This is an automated service, so any message that you send back other than Y (yes) or N (no) will not be received.
If you do not wish to use this service, or would prefer a phone call, please advise at time of booking.
Service excludes Sun Solarium and 'on the day' bookings.
Cancellations must be advised 24 hours in advance or charges may apply. Spa package bookings may require a 50% payment in advance. If vouchers are lost or stolen they are not replaced.
We accept most credit cards and EFTPOS.
We DO NOT accept cheques unless prior arrangement with the Management.
Our consultations are free but not available on Saturdays.
This IS BLISS - where almost anything is possible and never too much trouble.
